I have never written much about my hosting provider, but after this, I feel I must say something.
If you are looking for a hosting provider, I HAVE to recommend HostRocket.com. They recently changed their service to only reseller and dedicated plans. I was nervous when this was announced since I had been a customer of their shared hosting plan for almost a decade. Say what you will about shared hosting, I never had a problem with it.
So recently HostRocket moved to a reseller plan which is essentially a dedicated virtual machine that you can either keep the space and bandwidth for your self or resell it. Seems as how I had already been using the shared plan in this manor via a series of intricate configurations, it seemed to be the logical move. The pricing couldn’t have been better too. At $5 per month for 2 years, with 1 TB disk space and 100 TB bandwidth..it seemed rather far fetched. But no matter who I queried, the numbers were legit.
Now I am busy offloading the sites I host for others to their own accounts for ease of maintenance and logical separation. I am still trying to find a downside..

That really is a great price.
Very impressive.
Now, if they only supported Tomcat or Jetty.
But that’s cheap enough to convince me to write in PHP
